Privacy information
Unified Identity stores account details, hashed credentials, session records, application permissions, and security activity to provide identity and sign-in services.
Applications receive only the identity claims covered by the permissions you authorize. Workspace developers can see users who authorize their applications. On workspaces with extended sign-in data (Premium+), team members with analytics access can also see sign-in IP addresses, browser and system information, and a pseudonymous browser identifier. This identifier is unique to each workspace and may change when browser data is cleared. Authentication credentials are never shared.
You can revoke application access, manage sessions, export your profile and security history, or disable your account from your account settings. Security and audit records are retained according to the configured retention policy. Disabling an account does not immediately erase retained security records.
Email delivery uses the configured mail provider. Production hosting and mail provider details must be finalized by the operator before public launch.
